Document Description
The Discharger proposes to make landscape and hardscape improvements within the Pepper Canyon Urban Forest Open Space Preserve (OSP), a large canyon-like depression surrounded by existing development with an approximate 63-acre drainage tributary area. A bike and pedestrian path along the easterly side of the OSP as well as a 0.78 acre storm water detention basin are included as part of this Project’s proposed development.
