Document Description
The Project would restore a natural canyon landscape consistent with the Urban Forest designation of the Open Space Preserve as an important visual and physical center to the Pepper Canyon Neighborhood. ? Integrate the open space with the Central Campus Trolley Station and surrounding academic and housing uses by establishing a multi-modal path that is consistent with the “Urban Forest” designation. It would also provide a regional storm water quality basin that will mitigate inflow from surrounding existing and planned development.
