Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-SBR-15153-R6), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, City of Apple Valley as represented by Paula Pereira. The project is limited to widening, rehabilitating and seismically retrofitting the Bear Valley Road Bridge over the Mojave River to address functional and structural deficiencies and to meet current design standards. The minor amendment allows work to continue according to a CDFW reviewed and approved diversion plan.
