Document Description
An Addendum was prepared to address potential environmental impacts of project modifications to the Performing Arts Complex (PAC). Despite best efforts to comply with MM-CUL-2 in the FMP EIR, state mandated requirements and the PAC Project’s specialized programmatic needs make it infeasible to comply with MM-CUL-2 as to massing and scale which is not in conformance with the Secretary of the Interior Standards. The PAC is on the same site as in the FMP EIR, but closer to the historic Wilshire Theater.
