Document Description
The project site is 18.54 acres in size and located on the east side of Wabash Ave, between Highland and Citrus Avenues. The project includes an annexation of contiguous parcels into Redlands (as required by municipal code to connect to city water and sewage systems), a zone change application to zone the 18.54 acres as R-E District upon annexation, a general plan amendment to amend the designation from rural living (0.4 du/acre) to very low density residential (0-2.7 du/acre), and a tentative tract map to subdivide 18.54 acres into forty residential lots, ranging in size from 14,044 sf to 18,541 sf in size, and two lettered lots for landscaping and stormwater basins.
