The project would result in the disturbance of approximately 0.84 acres, of a 7.42 acre parcel. The site is within the industrial land use category and is located at 425 Volpi Ysabel Road, on the southeast portion of the intersection of Concrete Court and Volpi Ysabel Road, in the community of Templeton, in the Salinas River sub area of the North County planning area.
