Document Description
The project consists of the grading and construction of 108 single family residential units, two open space areas, and a park site within a 35.2 acre property. As a condition of the project, improvement of the drainage pipes under the existing McVicar crossing at Wildomar Channel is required to accommodate existing and future storm flows. The channel stormdrain replacement involves temporary removal of existing stormdrain pipes under McVicar Street, replacement of the stormdrain pipes under McVicar Street with a 9-cell box culvert, installation of riprap, construction of concrete wing walls, and construction of access roads.
