Document Description
The project consists of the construction of 108 single-family residential units, two open space areas, and a park site within a 35.2 acre property. Replacement of the stormdrain pipes under McVicar Street is required to accommodate existing and future storm flows. The proposed channel stormdrain replacement requires a temporary equipment access into Wildomar Channel ,removal of existing stormdrain pipes under McVicar Street, replacement of the stormdrain pipes under McVicar Street witha reinforced concrete box (RCB), and construction of concrete wing walls. The concrete wing walls are located outside of the limits of USACE jurisdictional waters.
