Project 1 includes constructing a concrete pad to support the installation of a high rate clarifier package treatment unit for the WTP. Project 2 includes constructing a concrete pad to support the new backwash tank for the WTP. The purpose of the projects is to ensure compliance with RWQCB regulations and to produce potable water consistent with the SWRCGB Division of Drinking Water Codes.
