Document Description
The project is limited to the removal of damaged trees caused when a large blue gum eucalyptus tree fell, removal of the remaining trunk of the fallen eucalyptus, the partial removal of tree material and limbs that have fallen into Bear Creek and the removal of four blue gum eucalytus trees on or near the bank of Bear Creek. The tree in the creek will be partially removed and the limbs and branches will be cut and removed by slings that will be lifted by a crane situated outside the creek. Most of the tree will remain in the creek. The four eucalyptus trees to be removed are extremely old and large, at the end of their lifespan and are shading out the native riparian trees. Native vegetation will be planted on-site ater tree removal.
