Document Description
The project consists of relocating the existing Santa Nella Mobile Home Park (MHP) water mains that are currently on private property into the public right-of-way, and installing remote read meters at service connections. The purpose of the project is to: 1) Improve system operation and maintenance; 2) prevent unaccounted for water losses from the antiquated system: and 3) promote water conservation by implementing a consumption-based billing structure.
