CEQA Guidelines Section 15182 exempts residential projects that are being undertaken in conformance with a Specific Plan for which an environmental impact report has been prepared. There are no potential environmental impacts related to the project or project site that have not already been addressed. In addition, there are no new or unusual circumstances that would warrant further environmental review. Therefore, this Design Review for a Master home plans application will not, with foreseeable certainty, have any significant adverse impact on the environment.
