Document Description
The proposed project consist of adoption of a Resolution granting the EGWD a waterline easement over a portion of the project site, which is city owned property. The easement would allow the district to connect a new waterline being constructed as part of their railroad corridor south transmission main project No. 8030.040 to the existing waterline in Provincial Court. The city has determined that the proposed location of the waterline would not interfere with the City's use of the parcel.
