Document Description
On March 23,2016 City Council gave direction to staff in closed session to negotiate, and authority to execute, all acquisition and relocation documents necessary to complete the acquisition of the KRull Property, a 2.94-gross acre parcel improved with a single family residence and out buildings, impacted by the project. Negotiations and execution of the acquisition agreement were completed prior to the following City council meeting on April 13, 2016. Consistent with the authority provided by Council, staff negotiated a purchase price of 676,000$ which was within the appraised market value range for the property, and escrow closed on April 15, 2016.
