Document Description
The Natomas bulk 2nd Bank Installation project consists of adding new electric utility infrastructure within SMUD's existing 7 acre Natomas Bulk substation facility. The purpose of the project is to increase the electric utility capacity of the substation facility in order to serve new developments within the service area of the facility. The new infrastructure will be placed near the center and in the northwest quadrant of the facility. All work will be inclusive within facility grounds. Construction is anticipated to occur between January 1, 2017, and June 30 2018.
