Document Description
The proposed project consists of interior improvements to provide primary care clinics on two thirds of the second floor of the University foot shell medical office building located at 26585 Agoura Road, Calabasas, CA 91302 for the UCLA Health System. The project is off campus and is not within the boundary of the LRDP. It would build out the space to provide adult and pediatric clinics, and a blood draw area. The project would also replace finishes and provide casework in the first floor lobby. Improvements to prepare the building for use would include replacement of the roof; installation of water heaters and circulating pump; installation of a main electrical switchboard, distribution panels, transformers, and feeders; and modifications to the building's fire sprinkler system. Construction work hours would be performed in accordance with requirements of the City of Calabasas.

The project is exempt because it consists of the improvement to interior space within an existing facility, with no expansion of use beyond existing conditions. Furthermore, per CEQA Section 15300.2, none of the exceptions to a CE would apply.
