Document Description
The scope of work includes digging out failed portions of the pavement and placing 0.2 feet of rubberized hot mix asphalt (RHMA) overlay over the existing travelled way. Work will also involve removal and replacement of existing metal beam guardrail and asphalt concrete dikes to meet current standards, shoulder backing, centerline and shoulder rumble strips, cold planning and upgrade of bridge approach railing. Existing utility covers would be adjusted to conform to final grade. All construction activity will be done within state right of way.
