Document Description
The proposed project is a right of entry license agreement to Navistar, its authorized agent and contractor to enter upon that certain property located west of Harbor Drive and north of Hawthorn Street in San Diego, California. The area proposed for use under the ROELA would be used by the Licensee, its authorized agent, and contractor for egress of the Licensee. Once the work is completed, per State and County department of Environmental Health guidelines, pipes would be cut and sealed and recapped with slurry or concrete cement.
