Document Description
The proposed project is for granting indemnity to the City of San Diego for the District's HPD to use the parking lot at Qualcomm Stadium in the City of San Diego, California to conduct Emergency Vehicle Operation training. The EVOC training needs a facility with sufficient space to create traffic patterns per the requirements of the State-mandated EVOC training and to be able to safely operate the vehicles during the training. The parking lot at Qualcomm Stadium has been identified as the appropriate site for this training. No new development, construction, or increase in the size of the property is proposed authorized as part of the proposed project.
