The proposed project is a Tideland Use and Occupancy Permit (TUOP) to the PNF - SDP, LLC, dba Park 'N Fly, a Delaware Limited Liability Company (Tenant) for their use of four (4) existing parking lots. The project consists of four (4) existing parking lots, including approximately 58,621 square feet of land known as Lot 1 located at 1550 West Palm Street in the City of San Diego, California; approximately 104,830 square feet of land known as Lot 2 located at 2535 Pacific Highway San Diego, California; approximately 56,100 square feet of land known as Lot 5A combined with approximately 27,607 square feet of land known as Lot 5B located at 3275 Pacific Highway; and approximately 100,249 square feet of land known as Lot 3 located at 3125 Pacific Highway, all located in the City of San Diego.
