Document Description
The project is limited to two encroachments. One encroachment is for water diversion from an Unnamed Class II tributary to Dinner Creek, a tributary to Redwood Creek. Water is diverted for domestic use and irrigation. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. The second encroachment is proposed to allow for installation of a pond spillway structure that will be routed back to a Class III channel.
