A concrete pad will be broken up and a 4 feet deep and 5 feet wide area behind the pad will be excavated to remove the old pipe. New pipe will be laid in the excavated area, a new concrete pad will be poured, the concrete will be disposed of, and the excavated area will be backfilled and compacted. SLWD will benefit.
