The Ridgewood/Brea Power coastal sage scrub (CSS) habitat mitigation project restores and protects 0.93 acres of coastal sage scrub habitat. This conservation easement fulfills a requirement in the restoration plan to ensure the project site will be retained in its retained natural condition.
