The hazardous waste items are expired and are currently being stored at a Gilead Sciences laboratory located at 344B Lakeside Drive, Foster City, CA 94404. DTSC as determined as a safety precaution to prevent an accident or severe injury, as Emergency Permit should be issued to chemically stabilize the hazardous waste prior to transport off-site by Clean Harbors Environmental Services (CHES). The treatment of the hazardous waste(s) involve the addition of solution to the containers to the containers in a controlled manner to reduce the reactive or ignitable characteristics of the chemicals.
