Document Description
A leak was discovered in the pipeline that conveys untreated water from Castaic Lake to the filtration plant. The project consists of repairing a 70-foot section of pipeline, improving pipe supports and constructing a pipe enclosure (70ft long by 30-ft wide by 16-ft deep). All work is within the ESIPS developed site.
