Document Description
In order to accommodate future student growth at Cipriani ES, the district proposes to construct a two-story modular classroom building that would include four elementary classrooms, one elective room, three kindergarten classrooms, a library, student restrooms, staff restrooms, and miscellaneous storage and custodian closets. To accommodate the proposed building, two existing kindergarten classrooms, a student restroom, and an outdoor play area that includes a play structure and shade structure would be demolished. In addition to the proposed classroom building, the project would also install two play structures and two shade structures, replace an existing portable classroom, modernize several existing buildings, and restripe the blacktop area on the campus. Construction of the project would take approximately five months to complete, starting in February 2017 and ending July 2017.
