The site is currently developed with a vacant auto services building, paved parking areas, and an auto repair business. Both structures have been determined to be eligible for the California Register of Historical Resources. The project proposes to demolish both of the existing buildings on the site to construct a four story mixed use building containing a total of 55,000 sf of office space on the first three floors, and 15 multi family residential units on the fourth floor.
