Subdivide 1.76 acres into 16 parcels for 15 single family detached homes and one common landscape/access/parking parcel. (1) to change the general plan land use designation of the property from neighborhood commercial to residential medium density, (2) amend general plan policy LU-P23.1 to remove commercial requirements in the project area and exempt new development within the Southtown Project area from having to meet or exceed the standard for any adjacent neighboring homes, (3) rezone the property to residential medium, (4) new tentative map for 16 parcels, (5) CUP for single family detached units in RM zoning, and (6) planned development with design review of the proposed house plans and review of requests to residential development standards.
