Document Description
A revisions of approved actions application for the expansion of an existing private water ski club to be completed in three phases as shown on the plan dated January 19, 2010. The revisions are an extension of time for the three phases. Phase 1, building permits to be issued with eighteen months, is the construction of a new restroom and storage building. Phase 2, building permits to be obtained within ninety-six months, is the construction of a 5,000 square foot hospitality room for members and their guests. Phase 3, building permits to be issued within eleven years, is the construction of a 7,200 sf building that will contain an office, storage area, restrooms, and concession area (use type: recreation-outdoor sports club). The existing ski club is located on two parcels. Parcel 1 includes a 13-acre lake, riparian area. The expansion is on parcel 2.
