Document Description
The project includes a tentative subdivision map request to subdivide a vacant 18.48 acre parcel into 20 lots for a custom home gated residential neighborhood in the Vine Street area in Vacaville. The 20 lots would range in size from 20,132 sf to 202,642 sf with a separate 1.38 acre parcel of land to be dedicated for open space and wetland mitigation. Primary access would be provided off of Vine St via a private street stretching through the site and terminating just before Gable Ave to the east, with a secondary cul-de-sac stemming midway along the street. Secondary emergency access would be provided via a 20 ft wide service along the northern boundary of the site.
