HUSD is proposing to use Measure L Bond Program monies to fund three imrpovement projects at Mt. Eden High School: 1) modernization of school's athletic field/stadium, including new surface materials, PA/lighting systems, walkways, bleachers and other support components; and 2) construction of a new 22,046 sf STEAM building located on the school's existing tennis courts; and 3) construction of a new, approximately 30,000 sf performing arts center to be located on a portion of the school's existing student parking lot. These three components comprise the proposed project, which would take place entirely within the existing school boundary and would not increase the student capacity of the school.
