Document Description
The proposed project is a county initiated general plan amendment which will add policy LU-80A allowing agricultural residential rezone applications to densities as high as AR-2 for properties within the project area. General plan LU-80A is proposed as follows: LU80A. Rezones proposed for properties located within the LU-80A policy area can be accepted and evaluated on a case by case basis as long as proposed densities maintain at least a two acre minimum lot size.
