CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2015-0231-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Honeywell International, Inc. as represented by Benny Dehghi. Project is limited to improvements to a previously existing berm surrounding a previously existing pond located at the Honeywell, Inc. Project site. Improvements shall include the removal of debris in failing parts of the berm repair of portions of the berm, and construction of a storm outfall structure.
