Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed
Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number PLA-51475-R2, pursuant to
section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Placer County Department of
Public Works as represented by Kyle Friedrich.
Project activities are limited to the replacement and widening of an existing 5.25-ft tall, 3.8-ft
wide, 33-ft long box culvert within the road prism on the north side of the bridge location that
conveys an unnamed perennial tributary to Dry Creek. The new box culvert will be 8-ft tall, 4-ft
wide, 48-ft long, and includes 55 cubic yards of rock slope protection in the 594 sq ft outfall area.
In addition to the widened and replaced box culvert, an unlined drainage ditch will be
constructed between the rock slope protection and overside drain installed on the north side of
the road.
