Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0011-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, City of Healdsburg. The Permittee proposes to demolish five structures on the Project site and develop a four-story, 84,075 sq. ft. hotel, and 42 affordable multi-family units, with parking on the 3.97-acre site. Additionally, a single combined vehicular and pedestrian bridge that is approved by the City of Healdsburg (Exhibit B) will be constructed. Construction of the bridge will cause approx. .006 acres of direct impacts and .027 acres of indirect impacts to the riparian woodland associated with the project. The approx. 40-foot long vehicle bridge includes abutments, wingwalls, and armored protection for the bridge. Stormwater will be rerouted to connect to the existing Grove Street storm water system.
