- A hotel with 122 rooms fronting on Dry Creek Road near the intersection with Grove Street in the City of Healdsburg will be constructed. A multi family building with 42 affordable housing units, will be constructed to the south of the hotel. A driveway will be constructed at the southwest corner of the site to connect it with Grove Street, which will require the construction of a vehicular and a pedestrian bridge over Foss Creek. A Streambed Alteration and a US ACOE 404 permit are required for the construction of the bridge. A Tentative Tract Map will be adopted dividing the parcel into two parcels.
