The proposed project will serve as the long-range vision and land use strategy plan for guiding development within the unincorporated Community of Le Grand in Merced County. In addition to land use, the Community Plan Update addresses circulation, open space and conservation, noise, and public services. In addition, a Community Character and design Guidelines chapter is included. The proposed Community Plan Update does not include any specific development projects.
