Document Description
The proposed project includes a number of replacements, upgrades, and improvements to Bonita Vista High School's existing athletic field. Improvements would include replacement of the existing dirt track with a synthetic, all-weather surface, replacement of the natural turn with artificial turf, installation of additional stadium seating (2,000 seats for home and 1,000 seats for visitors), construction of a point of entry plaza, installation of a public address system, and installation of field lights. The project would allow for sporting and other miscellaneous events to be held on campus in the evening and daytime. Currently, football and other evening BVHS sporting events are held at the nearby Southwestern College Stadium.
