SARCCUP is a watershed-scale collaborative project that has been developed to improve the Santa Ana River watershed's water supply resiliency. The collaborative program includes implementing multiple projects that would manage surface water and groundwater to improve the overall reliability of water supply in the watershed. The proposed project includes the implementation of five specific projects (Joint Projects) that are located within the Santa Ana River Watershed. The five specific projects would assist in achieving the objectives of SARCCUP.
