Document Description
Resources California, LLC, the Applicant, proposes to develop a mixed-use project on a 46,546 sf site that would provide 436 residential units and ~10,043 sf of ground floor commercial/retail/restaurant uses and 479 parking spaces. The proposed uses would be located within a new 42-story, high rise residential tower that, in total, would comprise ~503,535 sf of total floor area. The maximum height of the building would be 489 feet above ground level to the base of the helipad. The proposed floor area ratio (FAR) would be ~10.8:1. To provide for the new uses, the existing surface parking would be removed. Construction of the project is anticipated to commence in March 2018. Project construction, which is estimated to occur over a period of 30 months, is anticipated to be completed in the third quarter 2020.
