Hearing on the request of Brett Jones of Jones & Jones, LLP, agent for Blair Pence, owner, to consider Case no. 13DVP-00000-000012 for a development plan allowing for the phased construction of a new approximately 19,979 sf winery. The first phase of the proposed project would consist of the conversion of an existing 2,210 sf vineyard office and barrel/bottle storage building to include 910 sf of vineyard and winery offices, a 400 sf public wine tasting room, and 900 sf winery storage area. A new restroom of approximately 316 sf and an outdoor processing area of approximately 280 sf would be constructed to the existing vineyard office and barrel storage building. Parking for phase 1 of the proposed project would include the installation of permanent parking spaces, as well as the overflow parking area to accommodate winery special events.
