Document Description
Request by Rob and Judi McCarthy for a development plan/coastal development permit to: 1) allow relocation of an access easement (Cave landing easement) to the neighboring property to the west, and 2) allow construction of a trail in the new easement alignment. The relocated trail is proposed as a 5-ft wide rural pedestrian trail with signage, dodgeway access features, and private property line fencing and signage. The project will result in the disturbance of approximately 23,000 sf for the construction of the trail, on two parcels totaling 62.66 acres. The proposed project is within the rural residential land use category.
