- Note: online at: www.polb.com/ceqa SCE is proposing to raise a segment of existing 66 kV subtransmission lines, a 12 kV distribution line, and a fiber wrap, and remove a 220 kV line in order to provide additional vertical conductor clearance across the Cerritos Channel. The potential environment effects of the proposed project are addressed in the Draft EIR. The environmental impacts anticipated to remain significant following mitigation include: 1) air emissions associated with construction, 2) cultural and historic resources associated with the removal of transmission line structures and associated components, 3) noise associated with construction due to use of helicopters.
