- SWRCB is a responsible agency for this project. The city of San Diego proposes to replace the pump station located on 69th Street and Mohawk Street. Replacement will include the demolition of the original pump station and the construction of a new facility including an electrical and mechanical room. The project also includes replacement/construction of 7,460 linear feet of water distribution pipeline. All pipeline installation and replacements will occur within existing public road right of ways.
