Document Description
The Applicant proposes operate two 1.2-million-gallon welded steel tanks (Tesoro Tank 3 and Tesoro Tank 3A), a new pump station, a new booster station (Booster 3), and pressure zone 3. The new water system components were built by the developer to serve the new Tessoro del Valle development Project which includes construction of 820 residential units,19.1 acres of parks and other recreational amenities, a 2.1-acre helispot, an internal circulation system, and associated infrastructure including utilities. Project development would occur on a footprint of approximately 393.6 acres. Once the water system components are built, they are given to the water system to operate.
