Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed an Amendment to the Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-1999-0126-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, BLC Tesoro LLC. The project includes construction of 820 residential units, including 455 conventional sing-family units and 365 age-qualified dwelling units. Additionally, the project includes 19.1 acres of parks and recreation amenities, 2. 1-acre helispot; an internal circulation system; and associated infrastructure and utility systems. The amendment of the Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement includes updates to impacts, required mitigation, mitigation creation and restoration plans, long term management plans, inclusion of the Western Spadefoot Toad Translocation Plan, and financial securities regarding mitigation.
