Bates Stringer Hollister II, LLC filed an application on October 5, 2021, to have the Planning Commission of San Benito County reconsider Agricultural Mitigation Measure AG-1 applied to the Promontory/Bluffs project approved by the Planning Commission in April of 2018 (New file number PLN210052). The San Benito County Planning Commission approved the removal of Mitigation Measure AG-1 from Planning Commission Resolution 2018-03, that approved Vesting Tentative Map TSM-15-94 for the Bluffs/Promontory at Ridgemark with conditions and mitigation measures.
