Document Description
The project is a residential development on a 49.6 acre site within unincorporated San Benito County. The proposed density would be 1.8 dwelling units per gross acre. Approx 12.1 acres on the western and southern edges of the blufftop site are comprised of steel slopes and would not be developed. 0.3 acre south of the blufftop site would be developed with an emergency access/restricted access road. Based on the current conceptual site design and layout, the project would be composed of one- and two-story dwellings.
