The project would expand healthcare facilities on the Clovis Community Medical Center campus located east of proposed on land owned by CCMC west of Temperance Avenue and commercial uses and an assisted living facility are proposed on land south of Herndon Ave. The expansion would be carried out in a 2-10 year phase and a 10-20 year phase. The project also includes the widening of Herndon Ave. between Temperance Ave. and the southern leg of DeWolf Avenue.
