Document Description
A Use Permit request to construct a 100-foot tall monopine cellular transmission tower, and accompanying equipment within a 500 sq. ft. fenced enclosure adjacent to a 400 sq. ft. lease area that will accommodate up to 2 additional carriers. The facility would be unstaffed and would not require any import or export of soil to/from the project site. The site would be accessed by an approx. 900-foot long existing access road overlaid by a proposed 20-foot non-exclusive access and utility easement. The project would include resurfacing the existing dirt road with an aggregate base and installation of new utility lines running along the access road to serve the proposed communication facility. No lighting is proposed and batteries would be used for backup power.
